Reset VoIP Device

If your VoIP device is experiencing issues, follow these steps to reset it properly.

1. Power Off the Device

Turn off the VoIP device and unplug it from the power source.

2. Disconnect Network Cables

Remove all Ethernet cables connected to the device.

3. Wait for 5 Minutes

Allow the device to fully discharge before reconnecting.

4. Reconnect and Power On

Plug the device back in, reconnect the network cables, and turn it on.

5. Reconfigure Settings (If Needed)

If the reset restores factory settings, reconfigure your VoIP settings as required.
